Established in 1934, Filitex has grown to become one of the Leading names in the textile industry in Lebanon, employing over 350 people in an environmentally friendly production plant.

Filitex received its first order from Europe in 1972, and followed with an active participation at various European fairs starting with the " Berlin Partners in Progress Trade" fair. Since then, exports have continuously risen, accounting for up to 70% of the firm's output today.

In order to maintain a competitive edge, we have invested heavily in new technology and machinery since 1998. This has resulted in an increase in orders from large department stores in Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Sweden.
